This is my first prototype of my waste, strait, vegetable oil burner. It is designed to bolt onto an existing oil boiler. the electrical and oil line hookups would be exactly the same, but you could fill your oil tank with vegetable oil instead of petroleum oil.

This is my Prototype #2 strait, waste, vegetable oil burner. It can bolt on to an existing oil burner. Things I still need to add are a return system for oil, and wait overnight for the whole system to cool to room temperature and try a test run with cold oil.
Here I show filling my car with vegetable Oil just to prove that it does take it. I normally don't purchase oil. I collect from restaurants and pay them about $0.20/gal for the oil, then I de-water and filter to one micron before pumping the recycled oil into my cars fuel tank.
Jeep Liberty 2005, CRD, Diesel, WVO, vegetable Oil. I show you that one tank is diesel, and I am filling with diesel. After the camera turned off my total was 4.4 gallons of diesel. I fill this tank once a week, and it is normally between 4 and 4.6 gallons.
O-60 miles per hour. This is why I love having a turbo charger. The important thing to remember here is that I am driving on Waste Vegetable Oil while doing a 0-60 in about 11 seconds.
Here I show how to replace the Fuel Filter for the veggie oil. I order a box of filters at a time and have them delivered to my place for a total of $8/filter. I swap them out every 5-6,000 miles. They are 2 micron.
In this video I show how it is long enough to sleep inside the Jeep Liberty with a full size air mattress. I converted this jeep to run on WVO, Waste Vegetable Oil.
