Police officers of the San Diego Police Department and California Highway Patrol pursue a stolen tank through the streets and highways of San Diego. The suspect, an ex soldier with a history of mental problems, destroy's anything in the tank's path before police officers jump on top of the tank and shoot and kill the suspect when he tries to take off again.
Atlanta police pursue a Cadillac when the driver speeds off from a car stop. The pursuit goes through morning traffic and ends when a police officer challenges the suspect with a shotgun.
