In Pygmalion Galatea, the characters live in a world where, on the surface, everyone is essentially the same. However, the main character still strives to create the perfect mate.
This was an exercise in lip sync for a general animation exposure class. Used U2's Vertigo, and Magpie Pro (with standard tutorial face, I did not draw him). I really enjoyed this exercise.

Will the hand of fate be dealt poorly to this duo of unsuspecting turtles? Or will the awaiting Cobra join in on the fun while her baby sleeps soundly in her nest? Who knows what adventures lie in wait for these two! Modeled and animated by Ben and Sydney Parks.
