My first guitar lesson. Instruction covers stereo recording and audio editing for YouTube. Includes riffs from The Police (Every Breath You Take), Lenny Kravitz (Fly Away), Van Halen (Eruption), Black Sabbath (Paranoid), Pearl Jam (Wish List), Ozzy (Crazy Train), Metallica (Master of Puppets), and some original music by K.O. all played on my Ibanez Prestige 2550.
Played on my Gibson Les Paul electric guitar, this one was one of the first songs I wrote after I bought the Gibson a few weeks back. "Use Quick Capture" was used, so this is a "live" performance of both the rythmn and leads. I use wah and some simple distortion for the solos. I wrote "September Song" in A Major - K.O.
This stereo recording is played on my Ibanez Prestige 2550 electric guitar. This arrangement of "Scottland The Brave" is in the key of D. I used my Korg Triton Le for the rhythmic drums. I use my expression pedal to detune the chorus effect for a bagpipe sound.
This stereo recording is played on my Ibanez classical guitar. I wrote this for my 1990 independent release, "Something For Everyone". I also played this B Minor piece for my college recital.
Played on my Ibanez Classical, I wrote this one in an afternoon and have since forgotten how to play it. So hopefully this video will help me remember.
