Passed all my 3rd attempts, left some in the tank on squat and overhead. I'm never recording my squats from behind again.
405 should be a good opener for me at the contest. Misgrooved both 405 sets a little bit, and the one of the wraps on the 1st set wasn't on correctly. 2nd 405 set is raw. Goal is 455x1 at meet in 9 days.
