27 May 2006 West Coast mainline closed, freights and sleeper services diverted to East Coast mainline. Here is some of the video I took at Lolham Level Crossing between 00:45hrs and 08:30hrs. I also recorded the dawn chorus which was spectacular but space does not permit its inclusion here.

Awful conditions had to film one handed with brolly in the other. Hertforshire Railtours Southend to Lincoln with 47832 and 47802 then 50049 on Pathfinder trip Salisbury to Lincoln and Barnetby. Dreadful weather, rain, wind and awful wind chill.
