This was the departure of the #717 with one of the worst P42DC's that Amtrak can say that it's "owned" by them. Engineer Bobby said that the A/C didn't work, there were major dents, he hit some tires in Fresno, it doesn't look like a P42DC should, and the horn is screwed. Captured by amtrakboy627 on 7-2-08. The lash-up was (in order) Dash 9-44CW #4003, Warbonnet #753, NS #8897, Warbonnet #775, Dash 9-44CW #1060, and Bluebonnet #2601. Bluebonnet #2601 has been in my other BNSF switcher videos!
