I put a camera on the dashboard and set it up to take a picture every two minutes during my coast to coast roadtrip (from Palo Alto, CA to Washington, DC.) Here's the result. (Sorry, first half of Arizona, my camera overexposed you.)

It took about 30 minutes to draw, and I used graphite and charcoal.
Just before a major downtown renovation project, this time elapse of the traffic in Phillipsburg, NJ's Union Square was created. 140th and Center to 168th and Center. Heading to Verizon Wireless! The scary thing is that Darcey really doesn't need time lapse photography to go this fast or create this effect.
We created this as a "hard rug" feature in the middle of our living room. No wet saw was involved, just a score and snapper. We used 12" on a diagonal in the middle and then 6" diamond tiles around it, with 17" (non-diagonal) tiles later one surrounding the tiles that are laid in this video.
