Police officers of the San Diego Police Department and California Highway Patrol pursue a stolen tank on the streets and highways of San Diego. The suspect, an ex soldier with a history of mental problems destroy's anything in the tank's path before police officers jump on top of the tank and shoot and kill the suspect when he tries to take off again.
Thomas' parents made bond of 250K to have their son released. He was released 10-16-06 the day of Chris Brynarsky's memorial service. The DA rejected the petition to review Thomas' bond.Thomas remained free until he was convicted 10-02-07, a year after he murdered Chris Brynarsky. The Brynarsky has suffered beyond words, and they continue to suffer.
