Marvin Zindler handed out the Blue Ribbon Awards each year to restaurants who had consistently kept their facilities clean. In later years, they became a weeklong segment during his part of the evening newscasts, complete with a bevy of beauty queens at his side. I gunge my soft boyfeet in thick chowder and pour a big can of baked beans all over them. I loved the way it felt. They get so messy, It was great fun!!
