Also known as "Old Rough and Ready", he was the 12th President of the United States (1849-1850), and the second President to die in office.
Yes, this is the Sopranos sketch, but it also features the closing for episode #701 with Mo Collins.
The reason why this closing, and episode is special is because it is the first episode after the September 11th terrorist attacks.
MADtv was one of the first comedy shows to return after the attacks, even before Saturday Night Live.
