It's everyone's favorite time of year, went ol' Saint Nick rides the rails at the Strasburg Railroad. We'll take you trackside, as we follow this Santa Special along the Road to Paradise. The only thing we're missing, is the snow!

A little big for yard power? We all thought so; but that was all the more reason to come out and see these two monsters doing the work of GP38s and GP40s. Really was kinda cool to see... too bad they didn't go up the branch.
Watch as the DT&I Salem Local pics up 4 rock loads from the former C&O branch and brings them back to the main. Off in the distance is a pair of tunnel motors with a loaded coal train waiting their turn. A little later, the local is seen passing the lumber yard with a cut of grain hoppers behind its rock loads.
