iphone 3g 2.2 firmware downgrade question turbo sim on windows

I upgraded My iphone 3g to 2.2 and now my terbo sim will not work.
I need to down grade the firmware ... i know this is posable with the PwnageTool .. but i only have a pc not a mac.
