Puppies Rickets and Scurvy were recently adopted into the Margulis family. Even at this tender age their little personalities can be seen. They were named Rickets and Scurvy because when the pups first got a home they gorged themselves and their bellies were totally out of proportion with the rest of their bodies. Last one. It's kind of a boring way to end it and it's a little drawn out, kind of like the end of Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, only cuter.
Actual birth occurred right as I stopped recording the previous one and started again. Sorry.
Warning: It's real birth, meaning placenta, blood, the whole deal. Rated PG-13
AKC Chihuahua puppies playing with two of our adult boys. The boys are loving and playful with the pups. A great example of what wonderful temperaments and happy dispositions our dogs have. The puppies are 6 weeks old and learning how to run and jump and play. It is a magical time in their life and such a joy to watch them play.
