me boxing on my punch bag
its abit dark but u can still see my hand speed im trying 2 get better so tell me what u think i did good at or what u think i shud improove on or tell me both plzz cheers
This is me on a heavy bag a couple of months after my first video had been posted. i have taken onboard all of your comments and advice and hopefully have improved slightly. Once again i would appreciate any comments or constructive criticism
My first vid on the punch bag so I know it isnt great. I know I should keep my hands up, my combos arent exactly varied, my jab sucks, I need to weave and duck more, oh yeh and my southpaw is horrendous.........b ut hey, its just my first go. this is probbaly my 4th or 5th time using a punch bag. appreciate any more tips.
