first donny poses for the camera. then lars talks dutch. then donny pulls his pants down. we all laugh. then they do their clappy thingy then me and donny do ours but its not recorded and i steal my camera back from kai. I love the Dutch!
I posted the right side last time as it was better. This time I think the left went further.
Both are improving, and I am finding this will be the gateway to easier kandasana for me (Because my ankles lack sickle flexibility, the hips have to be even more open to make the pose eventually comfortable.)
