i show an empty normal crate then i place a cat in it and lock it shut. then i stand on top of it and throw a sheet up and when it falls the cat is in my place and i am in the cats place. LOL I forgot i could get out so I had to pop it off
I am doing a total of 7 pushups with first one woman on top of me and then another on top of the other woman. The women are Dawn who is my friend and client, and the one on the top is Kat my fellow personal trainer, friend, workout partner, and client. They do call me Superman for a reason......but I'm sure I'm not the only one who can do this for reps. Try it guys! Pushin aint easy!!!!!!!
This dude looks like some mutant like thingy!!And on top of that he keeps using this spinny like thingy with his claws, which knocks me on the ground,but its better than the spike things that come out uf the ground earlier.
