On 10-04-08 The Tinley Park and Hazel Crest Illinois Fire Departments were dispatched to a reported rollover on the I-57 ramp to I-80. On arrival crews found the driver had self extricated himself and had minor injuries.

We had to drive through Cedar Rapids Iowa in order to get around the flooding on I-80. These are the pictures that i took while driving through the flooding. My heart really goes out to all of the families and people who were affected by the flooding.
Trucks are rolling again on I-80 in wyoming after being shut down for over 24 hours due to a 15 or 20 truck pile up. I was getting excited to get out of the truck stop, but once they did open up I-80 it took us atleast 3 hours to get out of the truck stop.
We were stuck at a truck stop in Wyoming for over 24 hours because they shut down I-80 due to a 15 or 20 truck pile up. They finally just opened up the interstate and everyone is really excited to get out of there after sitting for so long. Little did we know that it was going to take us at least 3 hours just to get out of the truck stop.
We were stuck in traffic for 5 and a half hours trying to get through cedar rapids. We wouldn't have gone through Cedar rapids, but I-80 was shut down because of flooding, so we had to find another way around.
