acoustic guitar. I wrote it when I was 18 and the guitar was an intimate stranger whose chords felt like a language I'd forgotten. Not sure what it feels like now, except simple and raw.
I lost it when I first walked into that room at 10am-ish on August 20, 2008. I had forgotten to bring my camera at that time, but the second time that day at 6pm-ish I had my camera and got a short viddie of how PERFECT everything was.
Tomorrow, August 21, 2008 will be The Funeral. An Air Force Funeral. I'll try to get as much of it as possible.

After looking around the internet for a bit, I have come to the conclusion that many people have forgotten why exactly we are in Afghanistan and Iraq. I made this video in hopes of reminding them.
Sorry, it's a bit dark - I'd forgotten to open the blinds (I was tired, I'd filmed this in the morning - yay for morning foggyness!! But I think I played this pretty well for it being in the morning... LOL).
Anyway . . . I played it on my aunts piano - so yeah, it sounds a bit better than it does on my piano!!
