Black youth are failing and dropping out of school at questionable rates. From President Nixon to George W. Bush, Black and Hispanic student dropout percentage have stayed in the double digits. President Obama, we will hold "CHANGE WE BELIEVE IN" Accountable for our children's educational parity with whites.
