Here is an evidence vid I took of an apartment before I vacated it. I had anticipated a hard time for the return of my security deposit so I taped the final walk thru. You should also zoom in on a newspaper showing the date of the taping. I believe this video is admissible in court since it was taken on private property that I had the rights to at the time.
I'm proud to say that this is my best video to date!
