NS 32Q at WABIC in Decatur, IL. NS 32Q today has Norfolk Southern SD70M 2623, Norfolk Southern Dash 8-40CW 8455, and Norfolk Southern Dash 8-40C 8703. The CSX train had to get on the outer track because 32Q was sick and tired of waiting at Wood Street and wanted to come in.

While CW44AC #106 holds at the junction for traffic, C40-8W (Dash 8-40CW) #7730 and CSX ES44AC (GEVO!) #770 pull a mixed freight southbound through Catlettsburg. Got a couple waves from the engineer as she passed. She was moving pretty quick too.

It is a dark night at 7:30 P.M. NS 181 creeps by WABIC with Norfolk Southern Dash 9-40CW 9528 and Norfolk Southern/Conrail Dash 8-40CW 8405. It was really dark when filming and the camera didn't help with any good showing of the train. I wanted to get it at Wood St, but then again we would've missed him anyway. (:
