I visited the British Youth Council (BYC) in Nottingham, where i made this film about the issue's which they represent.

I followed up the meeting uncovered in the secret recording, turns out it took place as planned. I followed two men as they walked around the Basin, I couldn't get close enough to get good audio but the meeting definitely took place and it certainly looked like they were discussing the Basin.
We can't let the council slip this under our noses!
