This was what Gustav was doing as it hit us. It was the worst storm to hit my city in modern times. Though it may not look bad, this is minor, compared to other parts of the city. This left our perish, and surrounding perishes (counties for those outside of LA) almost 100% without power. We are still not back with throughout the city. This is only what happened in my apartment complex.
