My dear sweet father has had small pear trees behind his home for nearly 40 years. My family has always loved the sweet fruit that they produce. On a "boys only" trip in October of 2008, my beloved son, Sebastian, ate & ate my fathers pears. It was such a blast seeing him share and eat from the trees that I remember eating from at his age. It was a cool and crisp fall day in Rochester, NY.
