World F9 is 249th world of 256W. It's still unplayable. I have no idea to play this world. I can only see what this world looks like. It's not worth to research because there are nothing and boring. World 38 and F9 is similar to this world.

World 8A is 138th world of 256W. This world is unplayable because of instant time up. And there are some freeze areas, so mario never go beyond that. But I found a way to avoid freezes.
This stage is unique from any other stages. Huge orange mushrooms are impressive. There seems no goal or exit.
