Train #4 was nearly 2 hrs. late. Good weather. I was filming from a 1.5' wide platform 6-7' high just outside the gate of the Water Treatment Plant in East Lawrence, Ks. If you listen in the background, you can hear baby red tailed hawks calling for their mother to feed them. The train's livery was normal. The lead locomotive was #183, trailing was #197.....THANKS!.... Doc n' Kelly
