This 1 1/2 yr young bear cub was likely searching for food due to loss of his own supply and habitat due to major urban development. This cub also had the misfortune of being hit by a car, so they considered him potentially angry and dangerous and therefore would not reloate him. R.I.P Babbi Bear.
