Amtrak Regional making an unscheduled stop in WLY 2 hours late. This train broke down 3 times before given a new locomotive. The strange thing, is that this train had 6 amfleets! THATS 16,000HP!, well, 8,000 because the other locomotive broke down. LOL Taken on July 26,2008
