Two fiddlers, Sandy Hofferth and Speedy Toliver, play "Roscoe" in Lyon Park in Arlington, VA on 8-24-2008. Speedy is a 90-year old fiddler who has played several times at the White House, Kennedy Center and Library of Congress. He comes from Southwest Virginia.
