I love ONJ's Physical and just cant help dancing during the last Friday night programme of the season on Mansfield 103.2. Producer Cam on the Cam,nice work!! Oh and a little bit of my mum's workout video thrown in just for fun.
Yes its true Ian Watkins (Watko) did appear for about 2 seconds in an episode of Peak Practice back in the late 90s. Life as an EXTRA somebody should make a TV series about that :)
I'm not sure what year it was 1997 maybe????
I was filling in for John B Tannen on the Breakfast Show on July 16th 2008 and before the show I was checking out pages from Ceefax (the programme) on the mighty BBC 2..enjoy. (loving the music always)
Its.....back again this time Eastern European Estonia Style. I was running from Riga to St Petersburg..honest. This is the internet dance crazy that everyones doing. Why not create your own physical dance. Go on , go on , go on .... do it .. do it ... do it. Did I tell you it stops tropical storms!!! Cheers Watko

Ian Watkins fills in for John B Tannen on Mansfield 103.2 breakfast and spreads a little happiness on a Friday Morning. Producer Cam finds out why June 20th is the happiest day of the year. Those crazy boffins!!
Ok so does this mean WAR? I intend to top GH's latest but first I need to prepare. If you don't prepare, you prepare to fail! Watch out you unwrapping addicts!
We think John Inverdale is turning into Frankie Howard. James from the Watko podcast has hit on something big....just look at this clip taken from the BBC's coverage of the 2008 Olympic Games on Super Saturday. Well done to Rebecca Adlington on her gold in the pool putting Mansfield on the map.
Producer Cam cuts some moves in the capital of Italy. Olivia Newton John would be proud!! Why not try making a 'Physical Dance' video yourself. Best Wishes Watko
