While we were watching the College Women Steeple Chase at Penn Relays this year, we spot a shoe on the track without the owner and figure that it is one of the steeple chasers in the race. Then we finally see the racer without a shoe on her left foot in the second lap of the race. We continued to watch the whole race to see if she would drop out of the race but she didn't! That is intense.

So here's the full story: I caught sight of Kenneth Ma while waiting in front of the TVB studio in HK. He waved hi and kept walking along. I didn't get to take a picture with him. :( oh well It's really him tho...well only his back...but that's him!
