We finally captured her on film when we put out some puppy chow for our resident fox at Rivendell - our 11-acre home on the banks of the Mokolumne River in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California.

Standing on the balcony at the Ritz Carlton on Maui on June 15, 2008, I decided to take a movie because the birds were singing and it was such a beautiful morning.
Here I am driving the tractor, with Ray riding a 3-wheel trailer attached to a steel cable attached to the tractor. I'm lowering him about 150 feet to the river below. He has the trailer loaded with concrete bags to build steps for our river trail. The cable got tangled up in the garden hose, so I had to stop and untangle the mess.
I had to stop the tractor to untangle the cable from the hose, so I filmed Ray hanging over the side on the trailer and showed how it's attached to the cable and tractor.
January 5, 2008 - Snow is falling, then Ray the Man came out onto the deck to get some wood for the fireplace. You can hear the river roaring in the background.
We took the gondola to the top of the mountain overlooking Lake Tahoe on February 17, 2008, and the view was nothing short of spectacular.
