This is round 1. The 5 rounds took a grueling 40:59.

I was so slow the memory card in my camera filled up after the pull-ups and ninety-something push-ups.
My total time was 24:23.
I need to keep my back more rigid for the push-ups, my hips and stomach are sinking a bit.

I'm not ready for full lockout (rings turned out) at the start of the muscle-ups, at least not for 50 reps. I therefore started each rep with slightly bent arms.

60 cm Box jump, 50 reps
85 kg Deadlift, 21 reps
30 Pull-ups
This is round 1. The deadlifts and the thick and slippery pull-up bar absolutely killed my pull-ups.

My time was 13:34. The cleans killed me today. Had to speed up the video for the round of 15 reps in order not to exceed the youtube limit of 10 minutes (and as a bonus the video gets a little less boring).

I managed 3 rounds + 4 muscle ups. This is rounds 1 and 2.

This is the last round. Questionable ROM on the squats. Ugly cleans, need to get those elbows up.
