Crappy workout, Joe had a stomach virus and didn't eat for almost 2 days, Jon was not 100% either and missed sleep, Mike almost hadn't eaten anything either, but we trained anyway.
Planned to do 90% of 1RM for singles, ended up doing a single, a double a triple! finished benching with 275 for 7 reps, then, did rope pushdowns 4 sets and called a day.
Haven't done these in a while, 175 lbs (50% of 1RM) for 9 sets of 3 reps, used 3 different grips, then did some close grip presses and finished with lateral raises.
Bench Press worked up to 85% of 1RM and did just 3 reps, my right wrist was in a lot of pain, did a couple of light sets with pinky on rings and that's it, I hope the wrist feels better on Monday.
Did 8 sets of 3, 3 different grips with 125 bar weight plus doubled mini bands looped at the bottom of cage, approx (50 lbs at chest level and 90 lbs at lockout),
finished with Db Presses 95 lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps.

Man, tough session, went to bed at 1am last nite and was awake at 4am. Everything felt heavy, I can't do this and expect to have a good workout. Worked up to 90% + 10# for 3 singles, then CG press (index outside smooth) for 225x12 then finished with V bar pushdowns for 4 sets.
Worked up to a 1RM, finished with a set of 225x13 with (POR) and some v bar pushdowns. Joey who just turned 8 was trying out some lockouts with the bar, lol.
Worked up to 90% + 15# for 4 singles, then did 245 x 15 reps, then did some rope pushdowns for 4 sets, then lateral raises and finished with some rotator cuff work.
