This video demonstrates and explains very low-speed countersteering. It was produced as part of an article on countersteering, which can be found here:

This video demonstrates and explains higher-speed (15 MPH or so) countersteering. It is a companion to the slow-speed video, and was also produced to be part of my countersteering article:

I've decided to build a Vintage 160 class race bike out of a 1972 Honda CL175. This is the first episode following my exploits (and there will be many, oh yes) getting the bike up to snuff for the street, and then for the track.
In this episode, I introduce the project, and deal with wheels.
Part 2 in my series on getting a 1972 Honda CL175 ready for racing next year. This time, I get the front brake upgraded, and completely fail to install a countershaft sprocket.
In this installment, I verify that the timing of the points is about where it should be, and discover that just because Joe Random Ebay seller claims a given part will fit, doesn't mean it actually does.
In this episode, I discover that the true Heart of Darkness actually resided within my bike's forks, and finally, weeks later, the sprocket goes on and I get to install the chain.
Know what I mean? Say no more, wink wink, nudge nudge!
The CL175 finally progresses to the point where I think it might even be safe to ride on the street. What sorts of exciting new problems will this uncover?
In part 5, you saw the very distinct wobble in the front wheel. In this episode, I've finally got all the parts, and can assemble my new front wheel. But first, I have to get that damned tire off.
The bike wasn't running that well, so I decided to do two things: check the float levels and reset them if necessary, and when that didn't do anything, clean them out.
This is the onboard video from my GoPro Motorsports Hero 3 digital camera. It was shot during a practice session with WMRRA Group 2 (slow). The bike is my CL175. This was recorded on June 14, 2008.
This is my on-board footage from the second race heat on June 15, 2008. The camera still randomly shuts itself off, but managed to capture all except the final lap this time.
Slight update to correct a typo in the previous version.
The Aerostich Roadcrafter suit is neat, but it's a huge floppy mess when you take it off. So I found a method to roll it up and make it much more manageable.
