UPDATE: I got it working! All I needed was a save after the beach cutscene and BAM! The game works! It's a great game :D
I wanted to play this so badly so I gave the backup loader a try.
I decided to use my cancorder instead of my capture card to avoid "OMG ITS FAEK!!!11!" comments.
