Taylor says that Rick is a kind man who has helped her see that she has a future. Taylor then turns to Rick and says, "I do love you." Rick responds, "I love you, too." Sickened, Brooke tells both Rick and Taylor that this is wrong and insists that this is not going to happen!
Taylor wonders if it was a good idea for them to arrive together. Rick reminds her that her kids won't be there, but Taylor still worries that they might be giving the family something to talk about by arriving together. Rick points out that the family already has plenty to talk about with his dad marrying Donna in Stephanie's house.
At the Bel Air mansion, Brooke tries to get Rick to see how wrong it is for him to be with Taylor, but Rick tells her that she can't control other people's feelings.
