The boss fight starts at 4:47 if you want to skip the dungeon. Getting some extra EXP and GP before fighting the boss.
The fight shouldn't be too hard if your allies charge their weapons to level 2 before attacking (You can set the charge level in the action menu) and have the best equipment for this fight.
