This short film highlights six of the 29 visionPDX grants projects in 2006. Over 140 groups applied for the visionPDX grants, which were given to 29 community groups to do outreach to their communities. The grants allowed us to reach more people, as well as people who likely would not have taken part in a public process like this otherwise.
